Ozzy's Donor/Friend List

Below is a partial list of the wonderful friends and family who have made a donation to Dwight's fund with the National Transplant Foundation. Donations to his fund are 100% tax deductible and he can access the fund to help pay for his costly anti-rejection medications and other transplant expenses that are not covered by his insurance.

(If you made a donation online or mailed a check to his fund with the NFT and don't see your name on the list yet - don't panic!  This is not a complete list of donations, these are just the donors that we were recently made aware of from some reports we've received from the NFT.  The list will be updated as soon as we get our next report - hopefully within the next week or two.)

Words cannot express the gratitude and love our family feels for all of you for your generous contributions - large and small.  I know many of you may not have even met my dad personally but are friends of someone in the family and wanted to show your support, which means the world to us!  We are so humbled when we think of you all and the sacrifice you've made to our family.  Because of your generosity, we all get to have more time with him on this earth, which for us ... is absolutely priceless.  Thank you!
